Hello, my name is Sue Bown,  I’m an Accredited Life Coach, Business Coach, Master Practitioner of NLP, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis.   What does that mean, well it means that I help people to make positive changes in their lives.  Reducing stress, improving work-life balance, enjoying better relationships, being in control, feeling postive and having fun.  How does that sound?  To good to be true?  Well believe me it is possible.

For many years I worked in the travel industry, in senior roles of customer service, sales, marketing, promotions, and e-commerce.  When I made the break from corporate life I was not clear on what I wanted to do or where I wanted to go next.  Purely by chance I found coaching, since that day I began on a journey of self-discovery and realisation of choices, yes choices, that you can be who you want to be or do what you want to do.  They may sound like cliches, but I firmly believe that it’s true.

I will help you to move forwards quickly and easily by encouraging new thought processes and choices to get the life you want.  My approach to coaching is with complete dedication, the client is paramount.  As your Coach I will give 100 percent commitment, this added to your commitment to your goals will get you the results you wish for.

In coaching, I use the natural fit between being an Accredited Coach, a Master Practitioner of NLP, Time Line Therapy Therapy™ & Hypnosis to help you to reach and exceed your goals or outcomes.

I coach men and women, from 7 years to 88 years so far!   My clients vary from working mums, business men, corporate executives. start up businesses and established businesses.  What are my clients looking for?  They want career change, clarity, focus, confidence, improved time management, weight loss, achieving business goals, the list goes on.
