What is meditation and how it can help?
A couple of weeks ago I attended a meditation workshop run by stress management consultant, Dr Mariette Jansen. It was a very profound yet practical experience where I and I experienced very deep relaxation and calmness. Mariette runs approximately two of these excellent workshops every month.
